In standard shapes, these products may go into one-time jobs with no costs in tooling. Custom shapes may be part of your current, ongoing product line, either as components,
or finished product.
 All GATEWAY products conform to the Aluminum Association’s 6061 alloy
specification, T6 tempered. This alloy is specifically used for structural applications requiring a high strength to weight ratio. 6061 has good corrosion resistance and strength similar to A36 steel,
and has been the standard for concrete forming and shoring for decades.
Each and every production lot of GATEWAY INDUSTRIES product undergoes inspection, chemical and mechanical testing, with all data on file
for perusal. Chemistry is analyzed with the latest ARL spectrometer techniques, and each lot is tested for tensile strength, yield and elongation. All internal
manufacturing processes conform to the ASTM B221 specification, with full lot traceability. With the proper chemistry and mechanical strength, each lot is certified for shipment.
